Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate details about your move and to declare any fragile, valuable or hazardous items in advance. Please ensure someone is available at both pickup and delivery locations.

Liability & Insurance

We handle your goods with professional care and 3-layer packing. Optional transit insurance is available and recommended for high-value items. Our liability is limited to the terms agreed in your booking and any insurance coverage selected.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked move, please inform us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule.
